It does what it is intended to do. However the blade is a bit wide when trying to get at clips in recessed areas.

Is this tool used to remove the "jesus clip" holding in place the window crank?
This tool is simply for prying. The cut out is to span around door panel fasteners to apply equal pressure on both sides, preventing cracking. The tool #PRP-0749 is used for installing the horseshoe clip behind the crank, but you may need some snap-ring style pliers to remove the clip
