Quadratec's Delrin Replacement Door Hinge Bushings are built for 1993-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models and easily replace corroded and worn-out factory door hinge pin bushings. Made from genuine DuPont Delrin®, our synthetic bushings will never rust and will outlast the faulty factory metal bushings. Our improved bushing design provides a snug fit while allowing your doors to open and shut smoothly. Door removal will never be any easier. Doors lift right off! Simply tap out your corroded factory bushings using the included removal punch tool (’00-’06 applications only). The 1993-99 applications require a sharp pin punch (not included) for bushing removal. Our fully detailed installation instructions will easily guide you through the process of removing the old bushings and installing the new ones. Our Delrin® bushings are machined to the correct length for each application and do not require cutting. New bushings easily press into place by hand or with a gentle tap. Kits include four-door hinge bushings to restore one Wrangler and are only compatible with original equipment hinges.

AccuPart Delrin Replacement Door Hinge Bushings Reviews
Heard the horror stories on them not being the correct fit. I believe they were buying the wrong ones. These (55014-6102) fit my 2003 perfectly, both hinge and pin. The tool fit perfect and with some thin cardboard and painters tape there was no damage to the paint driving out the old ones. My original ones were so bad I had to use a floor jack to remove the doors, now just walk up and lift them off easily. I did use a a small round file on the hinge and afterwards applied some dielectric grease to keep it slick. Start to finish maybe 20 minutes.
Once I got these installed, they work well & now it's easier to open & remove my doors. Highly Recommended!
