Replaced my old mirror as it was quite badly damaged. I opted to get the manual driver mirror without the cable as I could just open the window to adjust it. The original driver mirror was aluminum casing and this outer casing is plastic (The mounts are still aluminum). Personally, I prefer this one since it's noticeably lighter. Also, the three screws holding the mirror are self-tapping. So far the mirror works great and I haven't had any problems.
