Quake LED QTE968 Headlights & Fog Lights with White DRL Halo & Amber Turn Signals for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK

I bought these in lieu of the Quadratec heated ones because I wanted daylight running lamp ability. Since I was upgrading all of the jeep lighting to LED (because the stock lighting on JK's sucks) this kit made sense. The daylight lights are always white. They turn amber and simultaneously blink only when using the turn signal. Even when on the rings will blink amber when turning (maybe with hazards, but honestly I haven't checked?). So far they are working well. No flicker. I think it is a cool look, but also more practical than I first thought it might be. Very happy so far (installed for about 4 months).

I am pleased w purchase. The lights look great....but a two things you should know. The fog light installation was a real challenge....I don't believe this can be done without removing the bumper first for sufficient access. I have an aftermarket bumper and had to add several new ratchets and sockets to my collection to remove the damn thing. Be prepared to remove your bumper to install the fog lights. Secondly, the LED lights are "noisy" frequency wise.
Your radio will pick this noise up as static if listening to FM or AM channels. Prob not an issue for satellite radio or streaming....but it does effect regular radio. Consider this if thinking to install these w permanent DRL....as u won't be able to turn the noise off during daylight hours.

Work good and look great; huge improvement over stock lights. The high beams are a little underwhelming to me though.
