The Spartan nerf bars look great (Gladiator), the bars are opened not sealed on the ends. Someone wrote a question about this and they were wrong for the Gladiator tubes. Also on the passenger side one of the horizontal bars were bent. Spent an hour trying to bend it enough to get a screw in. Wish It would have come in better shape.

Questions

Are the tubes opened at the end (or capped/welded shut), and how do they mount (are there instructions available)?
The tubes are open at the ends and this mounts to the pinch weld on the body and holes under the body. Installation instructions are included, but not in a format that we can post at the moment
Can these steps be installed with the rock rails that come on the Rubicon model? Also do they decrease the clearance that you get with Gladiator Rubicon? Thanks!
No unfortunately you will have to remove the factory Rubicon Rock Rails, and you will lose about 5" of clearance from the drop step.
