The best part about this rack is when it's not in use you can just fold it up against the wall to minimize its impact in your storage location. Comes pre-assembled, ready for installation. Wood screws provided. If mounting to concrete or stone, proper anchors will be required and are sold separately. When properly mounted, this rack can hold up to 150-lbs.

Great door holder, but the mounting hardware itself was subpar. Snapped two of the bolts during installation without over-tightening and having pre-drilled, by hand tightening! Replaced the hardware with a some better ones from the hardware store to be sure it was installed safely, and has been great since.
