Any idea if these would work with your QRC winch ready bumper? I don’t plan on running a winch and would like to run a light bar in the space of the protective hoop. Thanks
Based on the design specifications of both components, the XKGLOW Front Bumper Bar Bracket is generally not a direct fit for the Quadratec QRC Front Winch Bumper without some modification.
The XKGLOW bracket (XK-BRC-JL-FB) is primarily designed to bolt onto the flat top surface of factory-style bumpers (specifically the Mopar Steel Bumper or standard flat-top aftermarket bumpers) using the winch mounting holes.
Why they aren't a direct match:
Hoop Design: The Quadratec QRC Bumper features a large, welded-on grille guard hoop. The XKGLOW bracket is a large, elevated "plate" system designed to sit where that hoop is already located.
Mounting Tabs: The QRC bumper already includes integrated light mounting tabs welded directly onto the protective hoop. These are intended for individual pod lights or a smaller light bar.
Winch Plate Geometry: The QRC has a recessed winch plate design. The XKGLOW bracket expects a flatter mounting surface to bridge across the frame horns, which may cause height and alignment issues with the QRC's angled steel plates.
A Better Way to Achieve Your Goal:
Since you don't plan on running a winch and want to fill that specific "hoop space" with a light bar, you have a much simpler and cleaner option:
Use the Existing Tabs: You can mount a light bar directly to the tabs already on the QRC hoop. Most 10-inch to 20-inch light bars will bolt right up to these.
Tube Mounts: If you want a larger light bar (like a 30-inch) to sit inside or in front of the hoop, you should use 2-inch Round Tube Clamps. These will allow you to mount any light bar size to the QRC's 2-inch diameter mandrel-bent tubing without needing the bulky XKGLOW plate system.
