I am regearing to 4.88 with lockers on my dana 30 and 35 axle and was going for a 30 spline count for the shafts but i have c-clips and abs would this work or is there a better option

Yes, that setup will work, but there is a major limitation: there is no 30-spline axle shaft option for a C-clip Dana 35 that retains the factory ABS tone ring.
Because of this, you have two clear paths forward:
Stick with 27-Spline: You can buy the Yukon 1541H HD Dana 35 27-Spline Axle Shaft with ABS Tone Ring, which maintains your factory C-clips, ABS functionality, and works with standard 27-spline lockers (like a Yukon Zip Locker or ARB).
Upgrade to 30-Spline (and Drop ABS): If you specifically want 30-spline shafts for maximum strength on 35-inch tires, you must switch to a non-ABS 30-spline shaft and a matching 30-spline locker (such as a Grizzly or 30-spline air locker).
Given that you are running 35s on a Dana 35, sticking with the upgraded 1541H alloy 27-spline shafts with the ABS tone ring is the most practical way to keep your factory braking system intact while gaining strength over stock.
