Fits perfect. Pretty straight forward install. I do with the access panel was a tad larger.

I'm giving this a 3 not because of quality, difficulty of installation, or any material issues but, once it's installed you can't recline your seats at all. You'd better be a shorty because I'm 6'1" and it was terrible to drive straight up with jammed legs.
