Garvin Adventure Rack for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK

I can't say enough good things about this rack. I've had it for a few years now and it's been with me all around the country. It's held all kinds of equipment and cargo boxes. It's the perfect rack because it doesn't impede your view with the top off, but is still ridiculously sturdy. It also does NOT drill into your body/frame, which is rare for a quality rack.

A few things to note - the wind noise is quite loud with the soft top, so definitely opt for the wind deflector if you're rolling with the soft top. Also, in order to hinge it back, you do need to unscrew two bolts in the front. I keep a small socket wrench in the glove compartment and overall, it adds about 2 minutes total to taking down/putting up the soft top. Lastly, it does sit a few inches above the roof, so double check your clearances if you're lifted.

Overall, a great rack and one of a kind. I love it.

Great rack, simple install very sturdy. Also installed the rack ladder, wind defelector and cargo basket with ease. The Garvin setup has been money so far!!

Great rack! I bought this to hold my 9' surfboard and it works extremely well. Tilting back the rack to open/close the soft top is easy, but does require a small wrench. Wish the two nuts in front were wing-nuts. I've also used the rack with the Rack Basket on camping trips and again it works well. Very sturdy off-road or on the highway. There is a small amount of wind noise, but very hard to tell with the roof on.
