Poison Spyder 1316020DB BFH Brawler Front Bumper with Shackle Tabs for 87-95 Jeep Wrangler YJ

Great Bumper! I've been shopping for this for about a month and finally settled on this bumper and I'm sure I made the right choice. The new bumper arrived quicly, and was very well packaged and protected. It was very clean and all welds look great. I put a coat of primer and a couple coats of paint on it and it looks great. Lot's of bumper reviews complain about bumpers that didn't fit - no problem here. I put this on my '91 YJ and the fit was nearly perfect. Nice tight tolerances ensured a snug fit on the frame. All the holes lined up exactly with the ones on my frame. I wound up trimming one of the holes by about 1/16" just to avoid any interference with the threads, but suspect that was more due to the age of my jeep and not this bumper.

This bumper is rock solid. I'm sure it will go through a brick wall and I'm sure it's up to any winching that I might put it through when I get one connected. I'm more of a function over form in my purchases, but I've got to say that this bumper looks great too. Many of the other bumpers look like boats to me. Not what I'm looking for up front. This looks all business, all trail, and gives me the clearance in front of my tires for when I mount some larger ones in the future.
