so this is a neat way to get your switches out of the way on the standard trans it hits the area on fifth gear but i don't have a switch in that spot yet to find out if it would be a problem easy install love it

Well packaged (probably cost as much if not more that the plastic part!) and good colour match for my 2007 JK. Easy to cut out slots, switches held nice and tight. It's ever so slightly curved which is a shame but hey it's a Jeep and you don't notice it. Happy!

I want to install 2 USB power ports (rockers) on my 2008 JK Jeep Wrangler and Im trying come up with a solution

Yes, this will work with all standard rocker switches. It will also fit the USB power ports you mentioned.
