The one that arrived wasn't tined at all. I ordered the seal piece for the bottom as the picture show nothing there. Mine arrived with the sealing piece. I needed it installed ASAP so a return wasn't really an option. I'm not sure who is working on quality control but it might be time for some sort of review of the process.

What is the difference between 97-02 and 03-06?

Yes, we can ship to Australia. The hardtop defroster wiring harness is different so they are not interchangeable. They need to be order for the year of the hard top, not necessarily the year of the Jeep. Thanks for your inquiry.
