I noticed that all of the rubber, including the gasket around the outside, was gone from my 07. The dealer’s estimated wait was 3-4 weeks. Installation was easy. Now the bugs don’t have an open door to get into the tailgate. I didn’t take a picture of the new part.

The rubber "check valves" in this deteriorate over time and it needs replacing. It helps keep the dust from getting sucked in from the back.

Is the gasket sold separately?
Unfortunately the gasket is not available separately. It is only serviced with a new exhauster panel.

Does this come with the rubber gasket/seal and if not is there a part number for just the seal. I cant find it anywhere. Thank you!
