Bushwacker Flat Style Fender Flares Reviews
Style@ Quality.
If I can install these anyone can. I love how these dress up my YJ that previously had factory flares all warped etc. I wanted 6inch protection on the flares to match the amount I had with the factory ones and these are perfect. The flat flare also shows off the lift more too!
Absolutely love them. One of the first things that people notice. They are the flares with the screws showing.
Questions

If you choose to paint them, the manufacturer recommends following these steps before you install them on your Jeep:
Pre-Installation Only: Painting must be done prior to installation for the best results and full coverage.
Surface Preparation: Clean the outer surface thoroughly with a high-grade degreaser. Avoid using lacquer thinner or enamel reducer, as these can damage the plastic.
Adhesion Promoter: Since these are made from Dura-Flex 2000 TPO plastic, you must apply a plastic adhesion promoter specifically recommended for TPO or ABS plastic.
Paint Selection: Use a high-quality automotive enamel or polyurethane paint.
Edge Trim: It is not recommended to paint the rubber edge trim. If you decide to do so, you must use a flex additive in the paint to prevent cracking.
