Arrived slightly bent, that was a shipper issue though. It's much thinner than OEM steel. I just needed the forward portion so I trimmed what I needed. If it debts again I'll be running to the junk yard for an OEM panel. Not bad for the money but if you're going to go through the trouble of replacing this piece I'd go with an OEM panel or fabricating what you need out of thicker metal. I was too deep into the replacement to turn back so it is what it is. Good for the price, lines up ok, very thin.
