This trackbar bracket is designed for lift heights under 3 including spring & budget boost type lifts. The trackbar bracket helps to restore the trackbar to a natural position to keep the rear axle correctly centered under the vehicle with no binding or interference with other components. Mounts to the upper trackbar frame mounting point.

Is one needed for the front?
No, a front trackbar bracket is typically not needed when installing a 2" to 3" lift kit on a Jeep Wrangler JK.
For a 2"–3" lift height range, the factory front track bar angle is mild enough that it doesn't usually require a drop bracket to maintain proper steering geometry or avoid severe bump steer. Front trackbar drop brackets (like TeraFlex's Front Track Bar Drop Bracket Kit are generally reserved for taller lifts of 4 inches or more, where steering angles become much steeper and require a full correction or drag link flip.
