The aFe Scorpion Loop Delete/Y-Pipe combo package is engineered to replace the stock loop section and y-pipe to accommodate long arm travel lift kits that interfere with the OE loop and Y-Pipe. This product is constructed of mandrel bent, 2"-2-1/2" aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow and comes with all necessary hardware. Cutting is required.

True Merged Collector:
The true merged collector is designed to create a smooth transition of exhaust gases as the two tubes are combined into one. This design increases exhaust velocity and eliminates the possibility of any turbulence that form collectors can cause.
Accommodates Aftermarket Lift Kits:
If you are going to lift your Jeep, you need to add this product. The OE loop tube on the driver's side comes into contact with aftermarket long arm travel kits.

Does this kit require only 1 catalytic converter, or does it need to have all 4 put back?
The factory 3.6L JK Wrangler exhaust setup uses two primary catalytic converters built directly into the front downpipes (right off the exhaust manifolds), and two secondary mini-cats further back down the line.
The aFe 48-06210 Scorpion Loop Delete/Y-Pipe Combo replaces the factory loop and mid-pipe section downstream. It does not replace or delete your primary catalytic converters. As long as you retain your factory front downpipes with the main catalytic converters intact, your vehicle will still have its primary catalytic converters functioning to keep the engine management and emissions proper.
