Description
Replace the faulty or old rear catalytic converter with the all new aFe power direct-fit front cat replacement for the 2004-2006 Jeep Wrangler (TJ/LJ) with I6-4.0L engine. This cat replacement is constructed of 100% MIG welded stainless steel for strength and durability. This unit comes with 49-State federal approved cats and 3/8" thick flanges for a secure hassle free installation.

it says 49 state legal... what is the one state that it is illegal in?
These cannot be shipped to California. Automotive parts that say "49 State Legal" mean they are not C.A.R.B. compliant.
