Fit and looks great. I took a risk and got it over the column with the wheel off, but it was extremely tight. I’m glad I didn’t break it.

It did not fit my 79 CJ5, it was too thick to fit between the lower shroud and dash. There are no install instructions. but it will flex to fit over the shrouds without removing the steering column. The sharp edges scratched the shrouds pretty badly. I was going to find a way to modify this to make fit but when I attempted to remove it, it cracked along the narrow part at the top and broke into two pieces. It may work for your Jeep, but it definitely didn't for mine - just be aware.
