To preface I have a YJ. Unlike the front seats I received, the holes on this line up perfectly. My only gripe is the rear mounting location is the same bolt hole for the rest seatbelts (latch side, mounting in the middle of the floor). As a result the seatbelts' brackets have to be flipped with the straps running back over top and they just barely make it through the seat. Otherwise, wonderful seat and despite a three month wait to get it I am happy.
