does this kit come with the mounting bolts as well or do I need to reuse the originals

I have a 2000 Wrangler Sport that I purchased used. I did not purchase it from the original owner so I do not have much information about the lift. I believe it to have a 3" Skyjacker lift but again not sure. The rear sway bar link currently installed is approximately 11 1/4 inches long from end to end. What are the measurements of this item?
This is 12.5" overall or 11.5" eye to eye.
