Installation Notes
This top fabric will not fit Tigertop or Supertop framework assemblies. This top is intended for the true Original Equipment CJ5 framework which was by Whitco. Your OE soft door will have a window pane in the top and bottom of the fabric on a true OE CJ5 Softtop.

what is the weight for the soft top
23 ounce fabric weight. Approximately 16 lbs of weight outside of the shipping carton. Thanks for your inquiry.

How will I know if I have the factory frame on my CJ5? I have a frame on it to support a new top...I just don't know if it is the right one. I am pretty sure my doors are just the metal frame rod doors. My current doors don't have a bottom window. They just have an old gray covering. I assume I could just cut that off and then slide the new door skins on.
Unfortunately the one window pane in your door would lead to believe you have the Bestop Tiger top. A CJ-5 Replace a top requires Whitco silver in color extruded framework support bows and a one piece door that has windows in the upper and the lower portion of the door fabric. The Bestop Tigertop has a one piece door, but only one window. The top connects using snaps like a factory top, but the frame is a different variety. Unfortunately a Tiger Top replace a top is not presently available. Sorry for any inconvenience.
