OMIX Aluminum Valve Cover Reviews
It looks good but Un-believable that the holes could be so far off center. Cast into the cover are clearances for the bolts. I don't know Why it was so difficult for the manufacturer to simply drill a hole in the center of the clearance. Instead the holes appear to be drilled haphazardly, off center to where a bolt can't work. 7 bolts clamp the cover down and 5 of the holes had to be adjusted. The cover is finished with a wrinkle finish. Since jeeps sometimes get dirty, I don't know how easy it will be to clean. The internal baffles are held in by screws, which were loose. To prevent bad things from happening I reinstalled them with some thread lock. I give it 5 stars for it's good looks and 1 star for the complete lack of any quality control.
