Superchip Owners Please Note any Jeep JK that has been modified by a Superchips device will need a new ECM before installing our supercharger kit. Superchips devices modify the ECM’s bootloader function which prevents it from communicating with other aftermarket programmers. Customers can work with their local FCA dealerships to purchase and install the new ECM before the supercharger

Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger Reviews
The supercharger kit itself was very straightforward and easy, the worst part of the physical instal was that the brackets for the heat exchanger I struggled with which way to put them on, the one picture was not in-depth or detailed enough but that is my ONLY complaint about the physical kit. As for the tuner, I had to take my Jeep to the dealership and have it updated to the most recent 2012 software so the programmer could instal onto the Jeep, ($169 all said and done) the programmer Is garbage, but once it was eventually put on (needed updates, had to use a windows computer, send it in on a work day not a weekend) it went well and works great, the tuner is the only reason this kit doesn’t get 5 stars,
Questions

Here's why it's likely compatible:
Engine Bay Layout: The fundamental layout of the 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine and its associated components in the engine bay of the Jeep Wrangler JK (2012-2014) is generally the same for both LHD and RHD models. The supercharger kit primarily interacts with the engine itself, intake, and fuel systems, which are mirrored rather than significantly redesigned for RHD.
Mounting Points: The mounting points for the supercharger and its related components (intercooler, etc.) are typically on the engine block and chassis, which are consistent between LHD and RHD versions of the same vehicle model.
No Specific RHD Incompatibility Mentioned: Edelbrock's product descriptions and installation instructions for the 1527 kit do not mention any restrictions regarding RHD compatibility. If there were significant issues, it would likely be noted.
