Although I haven't needed to use the spare parts I ordered from you - they are in case of an emergency while traveling in outback Australia where you could die of thirst waiting for help! I hope I never have to use those spare parts in such circumstances, however I am very much comforted to know I have them on board. Furthermore, those parts are not available in Australia any more, so I am happy to have them on hand for when the current parts reach the end of their life. Thank you Quadratec!
