The shift boot creates a nice finished look inside the cab and also keeps out drafts and heat escaping from the drive line below. Easy to install by snapping into place with the shift bezel ( not included ). No tools required to restore your Jeep to its factory look.

Will this fit a 2006 model TJ with 6 speed manual transmission? Mine has the leather boot on it from factory, and the leather is cracked and peeling off now...looks terrible!
Unfortunately this is for the five speed transmission. The Mopar part number for the factory shift boot on a 2006 with a 6 speed M/T is 05166490AA
