Direct fit bolt-in convenience! Remanufactured to deliver OE performance. All units start with original cores. Each core is torn down and processed as an individual unit - not just placed on some assembly line. State of the art Hydro Blast clean and rinse process along with media blasting delivers a "better than new" appearance to all castings. Case halves are checked for cracks, stripped threads & internal wear.

All units require a $350 core charge that is refundable upon receipt of your old transfer case. Core needs to be assembled, have no holes, include yoke, and extension housing.

Received this transfer case and the input shaft is shorter than the original on my 1999 TJ, rendering it unusable. I am working with Quadratec on a replacement/refund now, but I would not recommend purchasing this as a "Direct fit bolt-in" replacement.

Is this transfer case intended for Jeeps with a 6" lift? The picture looks like it has the SYE on it. Is that true? Will this work with manual transmission 4.0L 6-cyl?
This is only a replacement NP231 Transfer case and does not include a slip yoke eliminator kit. A slip yoke eliminator kit would need to be added separately for use with 6" of lift. The transfer case application is appropriate for 4.0 Manual transmission equipped models. Thanks for your inquiry.
