Will this fit all seven u-joint locations on a 2000 TJ?

No, these will not fit all seven u-joint locations on a 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ.
While a 4WD TJ does have 7 u-joints in total, they are not all the same size. The 5-1310X belongs to the 1310 Series, which is the standard size for the driveshafts, but the front axle shafts require a different, larger joint.

I need u joints for my 2002 Jeep wrangler sport drive shaft, just put a 2 in bds lift kit in it got a shake around 40mph haven’t done the u joints in the driveshaft yet, will these fit the rear and possibly fit my front driveshaft?

Yes, the Dana Spicer Life Series (SPL) 1310 U-Joint is the correct standard replacement for both the front and rear driveshafts on a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sport (TJ).
Fitment for 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sport
In a factory configuration, your TJ uses 1310 series universal joints for all main driveshaft positions.
Rear Driveshaft: It requires 2 U-joints (one at the transfer case and one at the axle).
Front Driveshaft: It typically requires 3 U-joints because it features a Double Cardan (CV) joint near the transfer case.
Addressing Your 40mph Shake
While replacing worn U-joints is a great first step, a shake at 40mph immediately after a 2-inch BDS lift is a classic symptom of driveline vibration caused by increased angles.
On short-wheelbase Jeeps like the TJ, even a small lift can pull the rear driveshaft out of its "sweet spot." If new U-joints don't fix it, you may need one of the following:
Transfer Case Drop Kit: A simple spacer kit that lowers the transfer case slightly to reduce the steepness of the rear driveshaft angle.
Motor Mount Lift: Lifting the engine slightly to tilt the transfer case back toward the rear axle.
SYE and Double Cardan Shaft: The "correct" but most expensive fix, which replaces the slip yoke with a fixed yoke and a CV-style driveshaft.
Recommended 1310 U-Joint Options
Since you are already dealing with a lift and potential vibration, I highly recommend the non-greasable (solid cross) version for its superior strength.
The Spicer Life Series 5-1310X is a sealed, maintenance-free joint. It has a solid forged cross which makes it structurally stronger than the greasable version—an important factor when dealing with the increased stress of a lifted suspension.
