Is this stronger than the stock axle?
The Dana Spicer 2004785-3 is not technically "stronger" than the stock axle—it is the stock axle.
Because Spicer is the Original Equipment (OE) manufacturer for Jeep, this part is the genuine replacement for the factory shaft that came in your 2007–2011 JK Rubicon. While it is a high-quality, reliable part, it is not an aftermarket "performance upgrade" like a Chromoly shaft.

Does this part, Quadratec Part #: 52403-1031, come assembled as in the picture, with bearing, seal, retainer, tone ring, and studs installed?
Or is it just the axleshaft?
It comes as a complete assembly, as shown.
