My pinion has 10 teeth and ring gear has 41 what locker should I use for my 1976 jeep cj5 with amc 20 series rear end. And I need axles seals and bearings for the complete rear end

The Crown Automotive J3212192 Trac-Loc Case Assembly is a limited-slip differential (LSD) designed as a direct replacement for the stock open differential or the factory Trac-Loc unit in AMC 20 rear axles. Based on the product descriptions, this specific assembly is compatible with gear ratios of 3.31 and higher.
Your current ring and pinion gear ratio is calculated as:
Number of Pinion Teeth/ Number of Ring Gear Teeth = 10/41 =4.10
Since your gear ratio of 4.10 is higher than 3.31, the Crown Automotive J3212192 Trac-Loc Case Assembly should be compatible with your 1976 Jeep CJ5's AMC 20 rear end.
Regarding a locker, the Trac-Loc is a type of limited-slip differential, not a full locker. A locker provides 100% lockup between the axles, offering maximum traction in challenging off-road situations but can sometimes affect on-road handling. If you desire true, selectable locking capability, you would need to look at options like:
Automatic Lockers: These engage automatically when wheel spin is detected (e.g., Powertrax Lock-Right, Spartan Locker).
Selectable Lockers: These can be engaged or disengaged by the driver, typically using air or electric mechanisms (e.g., ARB Air Lockers).
For the complete rear end axle seals and bearings, you will need a kit specifically designed for the AMC 20 axle. Here are a few options you can search for:
Yukon Gear AK M20-1PIECE Rear Axle Bearing/Seal Kit: This kit is designed for AMC 20 axles with one-piece axles.
Omix-Ada or Crown Automotive Bearing and Seal Kits: Many manufacturers offer complete kits for the AMC 20. Search for "AMC 20 rear axle bearing and seal kit".
Individual Seals and Bearings: You can also purchase the inner and outer axle seals and bearings individually if you prefer specific brands (e.g., Timken).
When ordering seals and bearings, ensure they are for the AMC 20 rear axle in your 1976 Jeep CJ5. Some kits might be specific to whether you have two-piece or one-piece axles (though one-piece axle conversions are common for the AMC 20).

Is this part ready to install with the spider gears and friction disks preloaded?

Yes, the Crown Automotive J3212192 Trac-Loc Case Assembly should be ready to install with the spider gears and friction disks preloaded.

Is this a locker or a direct replacement?

It is a direct replacement for the anti-spin (limited slip) differential that was offered on Jeeps. It would be considered an upgrade for standard open differential only.
