what are the dimensions?, I ordered by application and what I got didn't fit
Outer Diameter: Around 2.75 inches (70 mm). This is derived from the package dimensions often listed as 2.75 x 2.75 x 2.75 inches. One verified purchase review also mentions an outer diameter (OD) of 2.559 inches for a Chrysler 8.25 axle, which this seal fits.
Inner Diameter: While not consistently listed, it will be sized to fit the axle shaft it's designed for. For Chrysler 8.25 and 9.25 axles, the inner diameter will vary. One source mentions a 41.1mm (1.62 inches) inner diameter for some applications of this seal.
Width/Height: Approximately 0.73 to 2.75 inches (18.5 to 70 mm) based on different listings of package dimensions. The seal itself is likely closer to the smaller dimension.
