Description
When modifying your Jeep with larger tires or deeper gears the speedometer is often put out of calibration. These pinion gears easily put the speedometer back to it's factory settings allowing you to know your correct speed and mileage. Easy and quick to install in the transfer case tail housing, dont forget a new O-Ring to prevent leaks after the swap!

according to your chart it says 4.56 gears and 33's is a 39 tooth gear, but other charts on line show I need a 36 tooth gear? Is your chart correct?

The discrepancy between charts for your Jeep's speedometer gear is a common issue because different charts assume different "actual" tire heights. While a tire might be labeled as 33 inches, its measured rolling height under the weight of the vehicle is usually closer to 31.5" or 32".
Which Chart is "Correct"?
Most modern Jeep experts and real-world testing from forums like NAXJA and Wrangler Forum suggest that the 39-tooth gear is actually the better option for most 33-inch tires.
The 36-Tooth Gear: This is technically correct based on a "mathematical" 33-inch diameter. If you use this gear, your speedometer will likely read faster than your actual speed (e.g., the needle says 65 mph, but you are only going 61 mph).
The 39-Tooth Gear: Because 33-inch tires typically measure shorter in reality, the 39-tooth gear usually results in a dead-accurate speedometer reading when cross-referenced with a GPS.

Have a '95 Wrangler, 2.5L, 5-speed. Stock suspension with 235/75/R15 tires. What size speed gear is recommended?

Based on your 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ setup, the recommended speedometer gear is a 32-tooth gear.

What gear should i choose for 3.07 axle ratio and 33' tires?

Such a gear is not available. If you are running 33" tires, you should be considering a more appropriate gear ratio for the tire size like a 4.11 or 4.88. Sorry we cannot make speedometer correction for your variation. Thanks for your inquiry.
