what is ohm range for sending unit with this gauge?
Empty Tank: The sending unit will have a resistance close to 88 ohms.
Full Tank: The sending unit will have a resistance close to 1 ohm.

After install it's reading backwards. Any fix to this?
The most likely fix is a simple reversal of the signal and ground wires either at the fuel tank sending unit or at the back of the gauge. Start by carefully checking and potentially swapping those connections. If that doesn't work, the sending unit might be incompatible with your gauge's expected resistance range. In that case, you might need to contact Crown Automotive to confirm the sending unit's specifications or consider a different replacement sending unit that is known to be compatible with the 92-95 YJ fuel gauge.
