Will this bolt up to the Smittybilt SRC Front Grille Guard Bumper?
The short answer is yes. The Smittybilt 2802 Raised Winch Plate is specifically designed to work with the Smittybilt SRC Front Grille Guard Bumper (Part # 76721) for 1987–2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models.

Will the badlands apex 12k fit this stinger bumper and winch mount sb2802
The Badland Apex 12,000 lb. Winch will physically bolt onto the Smittybilt 2802 Raised Winch Plate, but there are some important considerations regarding weight capacity and space if you are using a stinger-style bumper.
Weight Capacity: The Smittybilt 2802 plate is officially rated for winches up to 10,000 lbs. While it is made of heavy-duty 1/4" steel, using a 12,000 lb. winch like the Apex may exceed the manufacturer's recommended load limit during a maximum-effort pull.
Stinger Bumper Clearance: The "Raised" design of the 2802 plate is specifically meant to lift the winch and fairlead to clear the high tubes of aftermarket bumpers, such as stinger bumpers. However, because the Apex 12k is a large winch (approx. 23.2" long), you should verify there is enough physical width between the "legs" of your stinger to accommodate the winch body.
