Description
This topcoat is similar to the POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating, but is UV resistant. It is highly flexible, non-porous, extremely scratch resistant, and impervious to moisture, rust, mud and grime. It can be applied over POR-15 for the toughest, most permanent protection against rust and corrosion ever developed. It also has a smooth, semi-gloss factory look finish.! Great for detailing frame rails, leaf springs, axles and steering components. Do the whole under carriage!

I've used Por-15 for years to combat the rust that is created by the anti-icing junk that Ct. puts on the roads in the winter. The description says this a black semi-gloss. If you're matching paint from another source it's actually "chassis black" which is a version of semi-gloss.
