I recently was in a car accident and this bumper saved my life. It had 2 little dents in the bumper and saved my car from damage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

As long as I still have the original bolts and other pieces, is there anything else I need to purchase to replace myself?
No, if you have the original parts and are merely replacing a faded or damaged cover then you should not need anything else.
Can this be paint?
This would need to be sanded and primed prior to painting.
Is this bumper cover black? I don't see where there is a color option
Yes this is textured black like the factory bumper covers
