This equipment recall applies to your vehicle if it is equipped with a Quadratec 10,000 lbs. or 12,000 lbs. Q-Performance Stealth Series Winch described below.
A notice regarding your winch was sent to you in accordance with the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Quadratec has decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety may exist in certain replacement equipment: Quadratec 10,000lbs 8r: 12,000lbs Q-Performance Stealth Series winches with either steel cable or synthetic lines; Part Numbers: 92122.4010, 92122.4011, 92122.4020 8r: 92122.4021 sold directly by Quadratec between approximately September 26, 2018 and September 4, 2020. Other Quadratec winches or parts are not involved in this recall campaign.

Your winch will need to be returned to Quadratec (free of charge) so that the CPU/switch unit can be replaced with an updated design. To begin the process of returning your winch for repair, please fill out the following form and we will send you the packaging, shipping label and instructions for you to send your winch back. We will update you by email throughout the process including when your winch is shipped back to you.
