Smittybilt Overlander Tent Reviews
The tent now has about 10,000 miles on it with well over thirty nights in use. I love it. I have had no problems at all with it. I would buy it again no problem.
Quality item with great workmanship
We have had this tent for about a year. During that time it has been mounted on top of our Jeep 24/7, 365 and always parked outside. The tent is GREAT! We recently took a 2.5 week trip across the USA and slept in the tent every night. We had temperatures from the low 40s all the way up to 110 (in Moab, UT) and several heavy storms throughout the time we have used the tent. We have experienced no leaks in the tent at all. The included LED strip provides the perfect amount of light when we are just hanging out in the tent at night. The included boot bag is also a big plus to keep our shoes dry and out of the tent. The only issue we have experienced is the velcro used on the straps that hold the cover down has become a little weak and the strap came loose while driving a couple times... This is just a minor issue and we plan to just remove those straps and use some stronger tie down straps of our own.
