Would the Dana 30 brakes, knuckles etc. of a 2021 Willy’s fit directly on this axle?
Here are the installation notes per Mopar. The knuckles are the same across all the models. - Production knuckles, hubs and brakes will be reused. - Production Rubicon drag link and tie rod must be used. - Production or aftermarket steering stabilizer may be used. - Suspension torques from service manual should be followed. - Production driveshafts may be used. Do these axles come with the brakes, steering and outer knuckles installed. Do you have to use the Rubicon switch. It says its a replacement part only.
These axles have you reuse OE brake, steering knuckles and hubs. It will not include them. It is designed for use with the OE Rubicon switch panel so non Rubicon would need to install as well. Thanks for your inquiry.
What do you need other than locker control panel and wiring harness to install the front and rear axles on a sport
They are designed to work with the existing hardware and suspension. You only need the wiring and controls.
Are these the same width that is on a JL Rubicon? The track measurement for the JL Rubicon and Gladiator Rubicon are both list by Jeep at 64.4”.

If these are not true OEM Rubicon wide versions of the Dana 44 are these still the same spline counts inner/outer as the Dana M210 and is FAD included with these?
These are true Rubicon axles, we have corrected the previous question regarding the width. These are wide track Dana M210 front axles. However the Front Axle Disconnect is still present in this axle. You can purchase the FAD separately or you can get the axles built with them from the dealership.
Does this come complete with everything from axle shafts to brakes?
This includes the axles shafts and locker (wiring harness and switches sold separately). You will swap over your steering components and brakes onto this axle or you can upgrade to the HD brake kit #77072434 (JL Wrangler Only)
Does this include the appropriate wider tie rod assemble to install in a Sahara?
No it does not
