I live in Florida, I want to change my soft top to this one. I like the options I can use especially spring thru the early fall. How durable would this be year round here

Can this be used in the Winter in the Northeast?
You could depend on your cold tolerance as the top is not completely sealed. Also, the tonneau cover would be a place snow could accumulate. It would likely not hold the weight of heavy snow - so depending on how the Jeep is stored when parked.

Are you able to use the back seat seatbelts which all items installed? Also this is able to be used without the doors on as long as the surrounds are installed correct?

The top would require tools to uninstall/and reinstall. The design is intended to stay on for the summer months
