Will these fit over factory Rubicon guards or do you have to remove?
The Quadratec QRC Side Armor with Step is not compatible with factory rock rails. You must remove the factory Rubicon guards (rock rails) before installing this side armor.

The "rail" you currently see on your Willys is the factory Rubicon-style rock rail. To install the QRC Side Armor, these factory rails must be removed. The QRC Side Armor uses the same mounting points on the pinch weld and body as your stock rails, so you cannot have both installed at the same time.
