Is there a rocker guard that would cover the lower edge of the frame?

What do i use for touch up. I kicked up a rock that caused a scuff and don't want it to rust. Very happy with steps

Are these body or frame mounted? Also any chance Rubicon rock rails can stay on?
These are body mounted. The Rubicon Rock Rails must be removed before installing these.
