I just purchased a used 2018 JL unlimited sport jeep sport s. I’m a 1st time jeep owner. It came with a hard top. I would like a soft top for the Spring/summer. Is this what I should be buying? I have no clue and need guidance..,
No, this is not the correct part. You would need the complete kit such as this: Mopar 82215915 Sailcloth Soft Top Kit for 18-25 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited

Does the product also include the windows or just the top fabric?
This is only a replacement for the roof material or top deck. Windows would be reused or are available separately. Thanks for your inquiry.

Where can I find instructions for this install before I purchase to understand complexity?
Unfortunately instructions are not available for factory replacement parts. Any instructions would be covered in factory service manuals

No, this is only the fabric deck, this does not include hardware or folding framework of any kind
