Will these work with a 25 gladiator nighthawk?
Yes, the Mopar Side Steps are fully compatible with your 2025 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk. Although the Nighthawk is a newer trim level, it shares the same frame and mounting points as other Gladiator JT models/trims.

The hex head screw 06102165AA Measures M8X1.25X30.00 and is torqued to 27.5 lb-ft ± 2.8 Nm 06102238AA M6x1.00 Nut and Washer is 13.0 ± 1.3 Nm per instructions. Thanks for your inquiry.

I would expect potential interference points. The Rockblockz mud flaps have a custom cutout offered for rock rail equipped Jeeps. There is not an option for factory molded side steps however. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Is there enough steel below the plastic to expect these to protect the panels while rock crawling? I like that they won't rust if scratched, but wonder how strong they will be.
No these are not designed to offer any protection to the rocker in off road circumstances
