I m TJ lift 0,75’’ wheels R16/8 cca 30’’ its OK ?
Thanks V

Based on the manufacturer's technical requirements and your specific setup, the Rugged Ridge 18050.82 Heavy Duty Tie Rod Kit is not recommended for your Jeep TJ for two primary reasons: lift height and wheel clearance.
1. Lift Height Requirement
The most significant issue is your 0.75-inch lift. Rugged Ridge explicitly states that this kit is not recommended for vehicles with under 2 inches of suspension lift.
Geometry Issues: This kit converts your steering from an "inverted-Y" to a "crossover" style. On a Jeep with less than 2 inches of lift, the heavy-duty drag link and tie rod may interfere with the sway bar mounts or other axle components during suspension compression (hitting bumps).
Bump Steer: At low lift heights, the angles of the drag link and track bar may become unparallel, leading to bump steer, where the Jeep darts to one side when hitting a bump.
2. Wheel Clearance Issues
You mentioned using 16-inch wheels. While 16-inch wheels are generally better than 15-inch wheels for clearance, this kit has specific restrictions:
Backspacing: The heavy-duty 7/8-inch tie rod ends are much larger than factory ends. If your 16-inch wheels have deep backspacing (tucked in close to the frame), the tie rod ends will rub the inner edge of the wheel or the tire sidewall.
Factory Wheel Exclusion: Rugged Ridge specifically notes that this kit will not work with factory Rubicon wheels or smaller OEM steel wheels due to these clearance requirements.

Can this kit be used over the knuckle?

Yes, it can, for lifted Jeeps over 6". Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this work with Factory Rubicon wheels from a JK?

If you have an XJ, ZJ, TJ with wheel adapters to fit JK Rubicon wheels, this will work great.

What wheel backspacing will this tie rod kit not work with?

Anything more then 4" backspace will likely have contact issues.
