What is the weight of the bumper?
Also is it capable of being used to flat tow the jeep?

The total weight for this bumper is 92 lbs. Fab Fours does not rate their product to flat tow.

does this work along with the Gladiator Mojave skid plate?

Fab Fours has not tested fitment with stock skid plates and they can not confirm they will fit without modification.

For my 22 Wrangler JL, can I still use my existing fog lights (None LED)? can they just go in the mount area of the bumper or do I need to purchase new head lamp housing?

It is compatible with halogen and LED log lamps that are equipped with a plastic molded bumper. Thanks for your inquiry.

Since the winch mounts on top of this bumper does it restrict air to radiator? Can a winch be installed after bumper is installed with having to remove bumper then reinstall? Thanks

Anything blocking the radiator could certainly affect cooling. The winch can still be installed after the bumper has been mounted. Thanks for your inquiry.
