I live in MD and require a front plate... It looks like there are 2 holes on the front center of the bumper. Are those for a license plate?

Does this bumper have a lower piece to protect the sway bar disconnect on the Rubicon models ? Or is there one available ?
Fab Fours does not offer a skid plate, but the Quadratec skid plate in the link below is compatible.

What size winch is the winch plate compatible to?
This will fit most winches up to 12,000 lbs.

Is the winch plate removable? Or is it welded on top? I would like to remove it to make room for a light bar.
Yes, the winch fairlead mount is bolted on so it can be easily removed.
