Fits perfect, easy instal, and holds my phone firmly!

Nice easy install

Fits perfectly, easy to install, iPhone XR fits and charges, only complaint is that such a large phone has to sit too low in the holder to charge properly which means that it has to sit at an angle that isn’t ideal or else it hits the dash.

The multi-mount is easy to install, and works great. It holds the phone in a place that is easy to see, and works great for navigation. Unfortunately, the quick charging accessory is too narrow to hold my phone which is encased in an Otter Box. It would be fine for a phone without a protective cover, however. Also, the quick charging feature does not work through an Otter Box. I am sure that it would be fine without the cover, but as much as I drop my phone, I am unwilling to give up my cover. If you have a naked phone, this kit is highly recommended. If you have a protective cover on it, you may need a different holder, but the base is great.

The clips at the front were too high to clip into the dash, but after I just moved them down about 1/8 of an inch they work. The only way that I can use the charger is to turn it sideways. If I leave it straight up then my phone is pointing up at the roof. It’s also difficult to put my phone into the clamps. I plan on getting a different charger that will work with the ball mount and running the wire down inside of the dash so I don’t have the wire hanging down in front of my radio.

The mount itself is great, the phone holder is less than par, changed it out with a holder from BestBuy

Holds my phone firmly but even without the case the charging is intermittent. Any bump in the road (which in a jeep is caused by just about anything) causes the charging to stop. Also, installation instructions (for the '18 JK) indicate a Dual USB Charging Port would be included but mine did not come with one.

This is an excellent phone holder for an iPhone 8. This is NOT a good charger. With or without the phone cover, the cover does not provide enough charge to maintain the charge on the phone. With that said, Qaudratic was very supportive to allow me to replace the charger with another charger, however the second charger was not any better than the original. Good phone holder, poor charger.

Wireless charger part is trash! Gave it every chance to work as designed but nope, charging comes and goes but mostly isn’t goin! The angles permitted as it comes limits the view to what I would call unusable. The base with the 17mm ball DID provide me a point to use a 4” extender from Amazon that gave me pivot points I could use, and I subbed in another brand’s wireless charger to get the charging to stay on.
