2 stars only because the phone holder is a step above the original non-charging holder. Girlfriend gifted me this, was excited as it held onto my S10e tightly. Wireless charging starts and immediately pauses with no resumption. Have tried with 2 different cases and even with no case for up to a 3 hour drive with no sucess...charging light flashes rapidly red the whole time. Holds my phone well but of I need to plug in my phone if I need a charge. Might want to check another product until RR can figure out wireless charging.

I am also having issues with the wireless charging. I have to take my protective case off for it to work the best, but even then a bump in the road will cause the charging to stop. It hold the phone nice, just poor wireless charging.

Phone will start charging for about 2 seconds and then stop. Strongly recommend finding something else.

Dash compartment is great...phone holder part is horrible. Does not work. Cant rotate towards the driver. Wire is way too short and defeats the purpose of a wireless charger.

looks like a good idea, but is not. This positions the phone at an angle facing up and away from my line of sight. The adjustment does not allow me to change the angle enough. Also does not support the phone with a bottom support only the sides.
Side support does not project forward enough to securely support the phone.
This deserves a negitive rating.
